From Lake Forest to Kenosha — and I Never Left
I was born in Lake Forest, Illinois, but Kenosha has been home since third grade. I went to elementary school, middle school, high school, and college here. I know these neighborhoods, these streets, and this community the way most people only know their own backyard. That’s not a talking point — it’s just the truth.
I recently turned 30 years old, and if I’m being honest, I’ve spent most of those years learning how to sell, negotiate, and read people. I started in car sales, moved into finance management, and then spent several years in high-performance fence sales where I was consistently one of the top producers in the region. I’ve sat across the table from thousands of people making big financial decisions. I know what it feels like to have someone try to rush you, pressure you, or give you information that serves them more than it serves you. That’s not how I work.
I’ve held my Wisconsin real estate license since 2021. I chose this market — Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, Racine, Lake Geneva — because I know it better than anywhere else on earth. I know which neighborhoods are up and coming. I know which streets flood. I know where the value is and where it isn’t. And I know the people here, which matters more than most agents will admit.
Why SE Wisconsin
People ask me why I stayed. Honestly — why wouldn’t I? You’ve got Milwaukee 30 minutes north and Chicago an hour south. You get all four seasons. You get access to Lake Michigan, state parks, golf courses, and a real community that still feels like home. And if I want to fly somewhere, I’m rarely more than a few hours from anywhere in the country.
I live in Pleasant Prairie right now, which means I’m not just selling this area — I’m invested in it. When home values go up here, it matters to me personally. When a neighborhood improves, I notice. That’s the kind of agent you want in your corner.
What I’m actually like
I grew up playing sports — soccer specifically, at a competitive level through college. That background shaped how I approach everything: preparation, discipline, knowing when to push and when to be patient, and understanding that the outcome depends on the work you put in before the moment arrives.
Outside of work I’m usually on a golf course, at the gym, or out exploring with people I care about. I take this job seriously but I don’t take myself too seriously. Real estate is a big deal — buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most people make. I treat it that way. But I also believe the process should feel straightforward, honest, and even enjoyable.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling in SE Wisconsin, I’d rather have a real conversation than send you a brochure. Reach out — I’m easy to talk to.
